The Scientific Results of Semaglutide:
Scientific results of Semaglutide are from four big clinical trials of this peptide that were presented to FDA for approval, including a seminal paper published in New England Journal which treated about 1,961 participants. The average weight loss is 15% body-weight, achieved by 50% of the people. That is double the results achieved with the best behavioral treatment, and it’s about double what you get with most weight loss drugs.
Another study of almost 2000 people published in February 2021 has shown that this new, once-a-week weight loss injection can help patients with obesity significantly reduce their body weight and improve their health alongside a healthy, balanced diet.
The study, undertaken by University College London, found that 32% of people who took Semaglutide were able to reduce their overall body weight by 20%, in just 15 months when accompanied by a healthy, balanced diet.
What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide is an injectable weight loss peptide that works on the appetite receptors in the brain to reduce feelings of hunger and cravings. The injection imitates GLP1 – a naturally occurring hormone in your body – which is released after you eat and indicates to your brain that you are full. These peptides also work to slow the emptying of your stomach, which leads to feelings of fullness for longer after you have eaten. The effects last for as long as you continue the injections on a maintenance dose.
Benefits of Semaglutide:
Decrease in Body Fat
Decrease in weight
May Suppress Appetite
Improved blood sugar regulation
More control over insulin
Reduce food cravings
Mixing Guidelines:
To reconstitute, mix with choice of 1ml Cyanocobalamin B12, Methylcobalamin B12 (+10), bacteriostatic water or Mega B-Combo with Methylcobalamin B12 (+$15). Detailed instructions will be included with your kit.
Dosing Guidelines:
The Starter Program is intended to help the body and system adjust to the medication (“titrate”) to help reduce the intensity of the side effects. If you are just beginning with Semaglutide it is highly recommended that you begin there: This Maintenance program gives ten .20ml doses for 10-weeks of treatment.
Starter Program (.5mg Semaglutide per week): Inject 0.10ml (10 on the syringe) ONCE per week for four weeks. If you are just starting your program, one 5mg vial will provide 7-weeks of injections (4-doses at 0.10ml, then 3-doses at 0.20ml)
Maintenance Program (1mg Semaglutide per week): Inject 0.20ml (20 on the syringe) ONCE per week. On Maintenance dosing, each 10mg vial contains a ten-week supply of Semaglutide at the maintenance dose of 0.20ml. (Each 10mg vial contains a ten-week supply.)
Some dieters have found great success on the weekly .5mg starting dose and have no desire to increase the dosage to 1mg or higher. Others have requested a higher potency/strength dosage to help their bodies respond better if their weight loss in the first month was less than 8lbs. Adjust your dose as needed. If well tolerated, you may increase your dosage all the way up to 2.5mg weekly.

What are Some Things I Need to Know or Do while taking Semaglutide?
Reconstituting Semaglutide with Methylcobalamin B12 and starting with the lower 0.10ml dose for four weeks has been shown to lessen the occurrence of side-effects.
Taking your shot before bed and at least an hour before or after meals has been reported to help with nausea.
Nausea usually lessens as you continue to use Semaglutide.
Tiredness is the most common complaint; supplementing with additional Methylcobalamin B12, Mega B-Complex with Methylcobalamin B12, and/or Fat-Blaster Glutathione with Vitamin C (1ml injection 2-4X/week) have been shown to increase energy levels.
Low blood sugar can occur when you use Semaglutide with other medicines, including insulin or sulfonylureas, that can lower blood sugar. Low blood sugar also can occur if you delay or miss a meal or snack, exercise more than usual, drink alcohol, or cannot eat because of nausea or vomiting. Talk to your doctor before taking Semaglutide with other prescription drugs, supplements, or over-the-counter medications.
Contraindications for Semaglutide:
Do not use Semaglutide to treat type 1 diabetes (condition in which the body does not produce insulin and therefore cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood) or diabetic ketoacidosis (a serious condition that may develop if high blood sugar is not treated).
You should not use Semaglutide if you are allergic to it, or if you have: multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (tumors in your glands); a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (a type of thyroid cancer); or diabetic ketoacidosis (call your doctor for treatment).
You should not reconstitute Semaglutide with B12 or B12 Combo if you are allergic to it, substitute mixing B12 with Bacteriostatic water.
What are Some Other Side-Effects of Semaglutide Injection?
All supplements may cause side effects. However, many people have no side effects or only have minor side effects, such as mild irritation at the injection site. Call your doctor or get medical help if any of these side effects or any other side effects bother you or do not go away. These are not all the side effects that may occur. If you have questions about side effects, call your doctor. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects.
